The main content of this paper is to design and implement the system software of missile acceleration recorder,and to design a large-capacity solid-state missile acceleration recorder based on the detailed analysis of the actual needs of specific project testing.Recorder hardware platform design and implementation of its software system.Based on in-depth analysis of the system indicators and related project experience,the overall system design was designed.For the optimization requirements of high sampling rate,large capacity,test accuracy and data security,the system hardware and software design According to the test requirements of recorder's function and reliability,this paper proposed the performance test index and the complete test program,which successfully met the needs of the system.In this paper,firstly,according to the requirements of the project index,the system performance index is analyzed in general.Based on this,the FPGA is proposed as the basic hardware platform.The memory chip used is that the design of the test device is piezoelectric accelerometer.Secondly,The accelerometer hardware platform which contains the core technology,such technology has the analog circuit schematic design,digital circuit schematic design.Then,based on the SOPC design and development tools,Verilog language flexibility and the modular design concept,a detailed description of the software of the system is given.The software design of SDRAM,ADC,FIFO and FLASH controller Introduced the design ideas and implementation methods of USB and WiFi module driver software for data return.Finally,in order to verify the function and reliability of the accelerometer,a charge amplifier calibration,ADC acquisition calibration and FLASH bad block detection experiment are designed.The live-fire test is adopted to demonstrate the feasibility of the system hardware and software.This paper has completed the design and implementation of system software based on the missile acceleration recorder hardware,and has the value of engineering application for the design of equipment with high sampling rate and large capacity.
