The Research Of Navigation Computer System Based On DSP And CPLD

To meet the requirements of Integrated Navigation Computer's micromation and high precision so as to enlarge its application field, one Navigation Computer System based on DSP and CPLD is designed in this paper.According to the characteristics and application requirements of Navigation Computer System, this paper brings forward a Navigation Computer scheme based on DSP with high ability and CPLD. In this scheme, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) act as its algorithm processor and a complex programmer logic device (CPLD) act as its signal controller, following this scheme is research of I/O interface, schematic and PCB(Print Circuit Board) of the hardware system, and then complete the handware platform of the navigation computer. The project realization of software is another important point of this paper, such as the distribution of software function, the development of DSP's application and the exploiture of the CPLD.The research of the Navigation Computer System is the process combined with software and hardware. On the base of system design, the paper introduces the design of the hardware and the flow of software's research firstly. Then, the function of the system's module and the key of this research is discussed, including the module of data communication, the module of analog signal's collection and the module of data storing. Finally, the Navigation Computer System is debugged together with all the module, also the system is tested in detail. The Navigation Computer System is established.The debugging and testing prove that this system achieve the aim of design, it is a Navigation Computer System with small bulk, low dissipation and high ability. Also the research of the system laid a solid foundation for further study and development.
