With the development of Internet and multimedia technology,providing media streaming service has become one of the most popular applications on the Internet.Since the traditional P2 P delivering technology could not meet the growing requirements,CDN(Content Delivery Networks)has been proposed.Nowadays,how to construct the new generation of streaming media delivering system to cope with high concurrent requests and large streaming business has become one of the hottest researching problems.In this paper,the topological structure of CDN network was first analyzed and a distribution topological structure suitable for streaming media service has been proposed based on it.The problem of streaming media distribution service was studied from two aspects: cost optimization and delay optimization.(1)For the cost optimization problem,a community structure with cooperative ability is formed naturally because of the aggregation of nodes in the evolution of CDN network.And users in the same community prefer the same kinds of streaming media content,so the storage cost,transmission cost and replication cost in the distribution process would be reduced greatly if each distribution node of the CDN could distribute the streaming media content by the type of contents.A new improved differential evolution dynamic community discovery algorithm was proposed to effectively mine community results.Streaming media video content distribution based on dynamic community structure has played a significant role in reducing the cost of distribution.(2)To optimize the delay of the streaming media distribution problem,an improved PSO algorithm(IPSO)was proposed by minimizing streaming media video distribution time.On the one hand,the improved PSO algorithm has taken more effect in delay optimization;on the other hand,the optimization effect is still very stable under the condition of large load.
