Research On Key Technology Of Intelligent Operation And Maintenance Of IT System

With the gradual advance of information and intelligence,the traditional mode of operation and maintenance has not been able to meet the needs of the operation and maintenance of the people.Most of today’s operation and maintenance system only solve the operation and maintenance activities of the basic business process and the software and hardware management issues logically.This can not achieve the ITIL as the representative of the operation and maintenance management system deeply.The modules which are closely related to business are lack of more intelligent function,and the lack of effective combination between different modules,resulting in the low levels all efficiency of operation and maintenance work.This paper studies the key technologies used in the process of intelligent operation and maintenance system,including: network topology discovery technology,automatic early warning technology,resource report generation.At the same time,the system introduces the Smarty template technology used in data exchange,data processing,K-means cluster analysis and variance-mean model.This paper focuses on the research of the network topology discovery algorithm realization,the realization of automatic early warning parameter automatic generation and verification,e-mail and other new early warning technology,report generation process,complete division of the warning level etc..In this paper,the combination of warning,report and network topology is proposed,which can solve the problem that the function of the topology graph is simple,and the operation and maintenance report module can not be effectively used.Finally,the system completed the implementation of the key technologies of the operation and maintenance system,such as the generation of topology map generation,automatic warning,evaluation of resource statements,speeding up the pace of operation and maintenance to the intelligent.
