With the rapid development of Internet technology,the "new economy" characterized by information technology,knowledge,humanism and globalization is gradually formed.In this era,knowledge represented by technology and management plays a leading role in economic growth,and human resources represented by knowledge workers(human resources,referred to as HR)will become the main force of economic development.Based on this background,the actual operation of human resources management system has been widely used(HRMS)has been unable to meet the demand of human resource management.Moreover,the establishment of human resources decision support system(HRDSS)has become an inevitable trend.Human resources decision support system which consolidate a mess of data is above the foundation of human resource management system(HRMS),comprehensive and organically connect to the database and human resource management information.This thesis introduces the basic concept of human resources decision support system and its development in domestic and international,the necessity of human resources decision support system of data preprocessing and commonly used method,how to use the Markoff model to establish the prediction model of the flow of personnel.Take the enterprise A as the example,firstly analyzes how to make data preprocessing of human resources decision support system,in view of the used system,the technical construction and data storage way are not same,then processing the source data to adapt the data warehouse format.Secondly,researchs on how to use the Markov forecast model through nearly 3 years data to build the personnel mobility forecasting models,and calculate the parameters of the model which is applied in decision support system.Finally analyzes the detail design and realization of enterprise A’s human resources decision support system,including the present situation of the existing human resources management information system;which modules are suitable for the construction analysis;business architecture,technical architecture and data architecture are included in the overall design;system database design and specific function implementation. |
