The Research On The Investment Decision Support System Based On Data Warehouse Technology

Under global economic integration background, enterprise information has beenbasically popularized. Along with the progressive development of computer networktechnology, a new change has been happened in the management mode and operationmode of the enterprise. The ultimate purpose of the business must be to maximize theownership interest, it is important to make the financial decision, rationalize thedistribution of resources and increase the utilization rate of funds. As one of the majorcontents of financial decision, investment decision-making is directly related to anenterprise’s prosperity and decline success or failure.However, be lack of scientific ways to make investment decision, at present themeans of investment decision-making is laggard at a majority of enterprise in ourcountry. With the development of data warehouse technology, data mining and OLAP,prepared the good foundation for development of investment decision-making. Basedon the research status of the portfolio theory and DSS, the thesis integrate investmentdecision support system with data warehouse, provided a new analytical processingenvironment with the advantage of storage medium and organization technique ofwarehouse. This paper described a prerequisite for enterprise investmentdecisions-making, as well as its theoretical basis, analyzed the factors which affectingthe effectiveness of the investment decision-making and the way of investmentdecision-making. Then expound the theory of DSS, data warehouse and data mining,selected the spiral development methodology as the system’s development method;designing and implementing. Then, the paper gives a detailed analysis of investmentdecision support system, describes logical organization and architecture of this system,after that make a more detailed description for the design of the data warehouse, themodel base, the knowledge base and the human-computer interaction parts of thesystems, put forward the integration ideas based on it, analysis the decision dataintegration of the enterprise investment, financing, dividend distribution, take theexample of the prediction model of the model base, put forward the forecast model ofthe attenuation factor variable weight combination, get the necessity of combinationmodel variable weight through the simulation analysis of the investmentdecision-making support system model. Finally, summarize the result of this paper.It is good for the promotion the construction of enterprise financial decision support system to be perfected with the established of the investment decision supportsystem, provide the scientific method to improve the economic benefit of enterprisewith the enhance of the investment decision-making level to the enterprise.
