Design And Implementation Of Project Evaluation And Management System For Provincial Power Distribution Network

Distribution network is the basic part of the power grid system.Since it has the features of many engineering implementation projects and complex business,the management of distribution network engineering is particularly important.Therefore,designing a distribution network project review management information system has obvious practical significance and application prospects.The assessment of the distribution network project plan should ensure the efficiency and safety of fund scheduling during the project implementation process,and improve the standardization and informatization level of fund scheduling.In view of the problems existing in the review of provincial power grid project and the features of many project implementation and complex business,this paper designs a J2EE-based Struts2 framework.The SSH three-layer architecture is combined with advanced technologies such as Struts2?Spring?and Hibernate to build the system on the tomcat server.The system uses Oracle as the system database,and strictly analyzes the requirements of the provincial Distribution Network project design review management system.The system is designed and implemented from the following functional modules: plan management,review process management,auxiliary review function,information query module,data statistics module,notification announcement release module,and system data exchange module.At the same time,the decision tree algorithm in data mining is introduced in the traditional management platform.The decision tree based auxiliary decision system is designed to verify the feasibility of the decision algorithm and the system is tested comprehensively.The system test results show that the developed system achieves the intended purpose and has been put into operation.This paper successfully transformed the design quality of distribution network,the quality of design evaluation of distribution network,and the design result of distribution network into an integrated information management method,effectively improving the efficiency of project managment,and realizing the network informationization and intelligence of distribution network design management.
