At present,Anhui province Industrial and Commercial Bureau in our food,medicines,health food,cosmetics and medical devices,the approval management work also has the efficiency is not high,the license does not establish a unified information management system,especially the part of the record license data and cities and counties are mostly used in paper records.That electronic data is very scattered,can not be effectively processing and sharing problems and the status quo,gradually regulate the province's "four goods and one machine " business license approval,the implementation of food and drug to deepen the reform of administrative examination and approval system,further promote the efficient management and implementation of "four armed" approval work.Therefore,it is necessary to carry on the function expansion of the existing food and drug business license system,and build the food and drug license record system covering the city and county level.Because the workflow engine technology has the advantages of real-time control and supervision,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of several workflow engines,and finally selects Activiti5.Activiti5 workflow engine is widely used in office system and enterprise management system.So far,there is little research on the application of Activiti5 workflow engine to the management system of "four goods and one machine",which needs to be further studied from theory and application.Under such a background,this paper puts forward the application of Activiti5 workflow engine in the management system of "four products and one machine".In this paper,the development history,the theory and technology of workflow and the application of workflow management system in enterprise are studied.On this basis,we study the BPMN2.0 specification,we have a certain understanding of the classification of the 5 kinds of standard graphics and symbols defined in BPMN.The role of Activti5,the function of the three components,the use of the service interface.According to Anhui province " four goods and one machine " management system design and development,analysis of the " four goods and one machine " licensing process and requirements in practical work,according to the characteristics and requirements of Activiti5 workflow engine,carries on the system architecture and system design process of four goods and one machine Activti5 workflow engine management system based on the overall structure of the system and the main work flow,and the system architecture of the data logic layer and presentation layer are designed.On the basis of the design of the four goods and one machine management system based on Activiti5 workflow,this paper expounds the concrete realization of the "four goods and one machine" management system based on Activiti5 workflow.Starting from the system development environment,the realization of the data model layer Activiti5 workflow engine configuration and workflow are described in detail,finally has carried on the core functions of the system operation and test,the results meet the expected design goals and requirements.
