The brushless servomotor is a position servo system driven by brushless DC motor.According to the control requirements and characteristics of the servo system,the control system of the brushless servomotor is researched and designed.In this paper,the structure and mathematical model of the brushless servomotor are studied theoretically.The servo motor drive mode is analyzed,including the square wave drive and the sine wave drive mode of the brushless motor.Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of two different driving methods,the servo motor drive mode of this subject is proposed,which is a composite drive method combined with square wave drive and simple sine wave drive based on Hall sensor.In addition,according to the structure and characteristics of the steering gear control system,the measurement of the speed of the brushless motor and the gear clearance of the steering gear box are analyzed and improved to further improve the performance of the system.In this paper,the simulation platform of brushless servo is built by MATLAB / SIMULINK,and the simulation of square wave drive and sine wave drive mode is carried out to realize the simulation of steering control system.Based on this,the experimental platform of the brushless servo control system is designed,and the system is well controlled based on the nonlinear position closed loop control structure.The simulation and experiment results show that the control method of brushless servo control system is feasible.
