In recent years,due to the attention of all walks of life to the green environment,the voice of the use of clean energy is increasing,and the motor as the driving source and power of the product spread to various occasions,such as the automotive industry,aviation,industrial and civil fields,and so on.At present,although our country has a good basis for servo control technology,it is still a difficult and direction to research and develop high efficiency and low consumption permanent magnet servo drive.Brushless DC motor is widely used,it can be applied to most speed driven products.At present,most of the products using brushless DC motor as driving products are controlled by six step phase change and speed PID adjustment.The advantages of this driving mode are low cost and easy realization.The short plate whose power factor is not high,the peak peak of phase current peak is large and the torque ripple is high,it also restricts its continuous development to a certain extent.Therefore,it is in urgent need of a better solution,which can effectively reduce the production cost and achieve better control effect.This article is based on this purpose and the present situation to carry out the work and research.Compared with the brushless DC motor with the built-in Holzer sensor,the R & D and production cost of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive is high,but it has the advantages of good control effect,small torque ripple,small phase current peak current and high power factor,which is used in six.The brushless DC motor with step commutation control is in sharp contrast,and it is a better control method to complement the two advantages.At present,most permanent magnet synchronous motor drives use the magnetic field orientation control algorithm,also called the FOC algorithm,which uses the sine wave current drive.The control mode of this kind of algorithm is applied to the brushless DC motor with the built-in Holzer sensor,although it has lost its application in the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive.It is the advantage that FOC algorithm can be used in Brushless DC motor drive with small torque ripple and small phase current peak,so that the shortage of current brushless DC motor applications can be improved to a great extent.This paper is based on the study of the control mode of Brushless DC motor.The six step commutation square wave control mode and the magnetic field oriented sine wave control mode are two current main control methods.TMS320F28035 is used as the main control MCU,the circuit schematic and the PCB are designed by ourselves.The two control methods and the results of experimental results are carried out.On the one hand,it can be used as a reference for experimental teaching in Colleges and universities.On the other hand,we can do control algorithms on brushless DC motor,and use the advanced FOC algorithm to the brushless DC motor.The torque ripple and peak current of the brushless DC motor can be well controlled and can be applied to the eye.Many occasions where the requirements for positioning are not high.The experimental results also prove that the FOC algorithm for the sinusoidal drive is feasible and can achieve better control effect in the four pair pole type brushless DC motor with built-in Holzer sensor.
