In traditional area of industrial monitor system, the two kinds of softwarearchitecture with a relatively large number are C/S(Client/Server) and B/S(Browser/Server). With the continue expanding of industrial scale, decentralized ofindustrial sites and the developing of mobile internet, in aspects of real-time,cross-platform, good scalability, throughput capacity and stability of monitor system,industrial managers have much more higher expectations, but traditional monitormodel have been not meeting their requirements.To solve the above problems, the paper designed industrial cloud monitor systembased on HTML5. To do client development with HTML5, achieve full-duplexcommunication between browser client and server based on Web Socket and todeploy the project on private cloud platform of the system. The paper discussed thefeasibility of the monitor system and the improvement of the system in the aspects ofreal-time, cross-platform, scalability and throughput capacity, thus designs thecorresponding workaround.The innovation points in this paper are follows,1) In order to make the system entry have the feature of cross-platform andachieve monitor anytime and anywhere, the paper designed and accomplished thedevelopment of the cross-platform portal client application based on HTML5. It cutdown the time that the client uses in getting data from the server with usingfull-duplex communication between browser and server based on Web Socket. At thesame time, the system have better real-time feature than traditional industrial monitorsystem;2) The paper introduces the conception of cloud computing to the area ofindustrial monitor system. To do process of the monitor data based on Storm, itmakes the system have better real-time performance, higher throughput capacity andmeet the need of dynamic stretching;3) To achieve mass data storage and provide real-time service, the system usesstorage pattern of combination of “MySQL” and “Redis”. For different needs, uses different storage strategies, to make the services of distribution of the system becomefine-grained and make an extent improvement on real-time and scalability. With thecommunication pattern of publish and subscribe, on one hand, it achieves the push ofinformation on the web server, on the other hand, it reduce the coupling of all levels.The cloud monitor system based on HTML5that the paper designed, have beentested that it have better real-time feature, high performance of cross-platform,consumes less network traffic under the same amount of data transfer case, and amore large throughput, basically meet the monitoring requirements of the user.
