Design And Implementation Of A Data Format Transformation Tool Based On Meta Model

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet and software industry,the BI system is widely used in the enterprise.BI is business intelligence,which is a complete solution for information processing.The BI system can integrate the existing data quickly and effectively,so as to help the enterprise to make the most sensible business decision.The Twenty-first Century is the information age and the importance of information is self-evident.For enterprises,the information is a very important resource,modern enterprises must make decisions based on the analysis of information.However,in order to record all kinds of related data,enterprises often take a lot of time and money to build an information processing system.With the development of the times,data growth is very rapid.Due to the different data sources,the format of the same type of data will also appear different.These factors not only greatly increase the difficulty of enterprise information integration,but also make the traditional processing method difficult to meet the actual demand.In this context,the idea of building a data format conversion tool based on meta model is proposed to break through the difficulty faced by enterprises.Compared with the traditional conversion tool,the data format conversion tool based on meta model has been greatly improved in performance,portability and expansibility.Firstly this paper summarizes the advantages of building a format conversion tool based on meta model through the research on the current situation of the domestic and foreign conversion tools and the analysis of the characteristics of different implementation schemes.Secondly,this paper describes the technology and the related principles of building a conversion tools based on meta model,including MDA technology,meta model theory,ESB bus technology and so on.Thirdly,this paper carries on the demanding analysis about the data format conversion tool based on meta model.The tool will be divided into two parts,namely the layout module and component management module.Then make a demand modeling according to different functional modules.After that,the overall framework of the function of the tool is designed based on the function of each module,and the realization of each module is discussed in detail.Finally,some experiments are used to test the core function of the tool and the experimental results are analyzed referencing to the expected results.In this paper,the data format conversion tool based on meta model is developed according to the needs of a research institute and it has released 1.0 version.The test cases are abstracted from the actual scene when the tool is tested and the test results are satisfactory.The tool has been put into practical use by a research institute and the results of feedback shows that the tool can meet the actual needs of the user and achieve certain benefits.In addition,the tool has a good performance in terms of ease of use,portability and scalability.
