China's energy use is growing at an annual rate of 8% to 10%,but the rate of exploitation is only increasing at the rate of 1.5% to 2%.A very important reason is that the recovery is too low.In addition,the oil recovery rate is higher than that of Daqing oil field,and other oil fields are maintained at 21%-29%,which is very different from that of the developed countries in the recovery rate of 50%.Some international companies will set the recovery target to 70%.Therefore,the increase of oil recovery rate is of great significance to the increase of production.Digitization and intelligentization are the important methods to improve the efficiency of oil field production in modern petroleum industry.This study will be used to achieve the intelligent control of the oil pumping unit by the modern means of non-contact measurement without,affecting the oil production,thus realizing the increase of mining efficiency and the intellingentization of control,which provide data base,analysis model,control system,expert database module etc.for the digitization and intelligentization of the oilfield development.The research methods in this thesis include the experimental method,the literature research method,the empirical research method,and the function analysis method.An intelligent digital platform is built by integrating the field bus technology,mobile communication technology,neural network pattern recognition technology,cloud computing,portal technology,other related technologies and practiced experience.The following objectives are mainly achieved in the design of the intelligent petroleum digital control system and terminal.Firstly,data acquisition.The data from the front end sensor is analyzed to obtain the real time data information of the three-phase current,voltage,phase,and so on.Secondly.according to the actual situation,the terminal and the server choose the way of communication and establish the connection.On the one hand,the data collected by the terminal can be transmitted to the server in real time through wired or wireless mode,on the other hand,the control commands and various configuration parameters sent by the server are received by the terminal;Thirdly,the data analysis.The information obtained by the terminal is analyzed,and the time points of the upper and the lower stroke are obtained,which provide the guarantee for the following intelligent control.Fourthly intelligent control According to the real-time electrical diagram the terminal conducts intelligent comparisons of the parameter sent by the server.If being in the normal operations,the oil pump will keep on running,if some problems appear in the operation,the oil pump,will conduct the automatic frequency conversion or stop running correspondingly;fifthly,fault display.The terminal indicates whether is a fault using the LED lights in it panel,and displays the possible fault causes through the LCD,to provide reference for maintenance personnel.In This thesis the prototype design and its basic functions are realized.The experiments on the prototype show that in the well running state monitoring,through the real-time monitoring of the electrical parameters and the indicator diagram of oil well is realized,which can be used to detect the electronic operation state of the oil well.The information display of all faults in the area is realized in the fault monitoring system.Statistical analysis is carried out on the two dimensions of electrical parameters and faults.In the management of oil well,the checking and partition function of all the oil well is realized.
