As an important application field of electrical automation,the motion control system based on PLC has been widely used in various departments of the national economy.The motion control system mainly includes frequency conversion control system and servo control system.Micro850 PLC has some advantages in the realization of frequency conversion control and servo control.The ball screw is used to transform the rotary motion into linear motion.It has high accuracy and efficiency.AC servo motor can achieve fast and precise positioning,small inertia,system stability,and has good application value in material measurement,transverse seal device,feed material and so on.This paper takes Micro850 2080-LC50-24 QBB as the controller,with PowerFlex 525 inverter respectively as the driver to realize the control of the ball screw's position and speed,and using the new programming method,to achieve the expected goal of higher and precise control.The Kinetix 3 servo drive drives the TLA110PBJ32 AA servo motor to realize the precise control of the point position,speed and direction of the servo motor.The main program is programmed by User-defined function block,which simplifies the system program,and provides convenience for system parameter adjustment and program debugging.At the same time,the whole control system is monitored on the Panelview Component C600.To realize the motion control system of communication,Ethernet/IP is used in the frequency conversion system,and Modbus based on RTU is used in the K3 servo system.Between the controller and the graphics terminal is based on Ethernet/IP communication.Finally,the high efficient data transmission of the whole motion control system is realized.When the monitoring interface is designed,the system fault display and the stop switch are added to improve the security of the system.The design has certain industrial practical value,and at the same time,it can make corresponding program design and parameter adjustment according to the requirements of the working field,and it has extensive applications.
