The Design And Implementation Of Separate Admissions Online Registration System For Liaoning Mechatronics College

To improve the work efficiency,the image of the college and ensure the smooth progress of the separate admissions,Liaoning Mechatronics College decides to develop "Separate Admissions' Online Registration System”(hereafter referred to as Network Registration System).The system is developed by using the currently popular IT technologies such as ASP.NET,DIV+CSS,AJAX,WebService,MySQL database based on the B/S framework.The project design and management are responsed by me as the team manager.The Network Registration System is used to face to the candidates,administrators of online registration management office and ordinary visitors.It includes two major functions as online registration system and background management system.The main functions for the candidates consists of registering account,logining authentication,password retrieval,information reporting management,audit results,performance inquiries and admission inquiries,etc..The main functions for the administrators are system administrators' password query and modify management,data statistics and backup,data import and export and network registering time control,etc..The system had been completed in July 2015 and passed the audit of the college.Demo Version had played its due role in separate admissions registration of 2015.It obtained recognition of the college academy leaderships.In this thesis,the present situation and developing trend of the system are firstly introduced.And then,several key technologies to improve the efficency in the system's development process has carried on the analysis and the discussion.This thesis mainly introduces the Tiered design process based on B/S architecture and WebService system,which mainly includes requirement analysis,overall design,detailed function design process,etc..At last,the implementation of project management is summarized and the shortcomings of the system are analyzed.Because the development of the task is urgent,combination of tiered design and agile development approach have been taken in the development process.The past development experience has been taken to strive to the standardization of project structure design.The team members' efficiency has been concerned,A variety of project development and management methods have been used to ensure the success of the project development and implementation.
