As the important way for advertising, the outdoor media has been changed to digital advertising based on electronic screen from traditional way such as canvas and light commercial. Current digital advertising system is connected to the internet, so it can be operated remotely on time.But within the massive information, the outdoor media is lack of attraction due to its unidirectional transfer, which decreases people's attention. So it's necessary to improve the transfer method of the outdoor media.The thesis references the application of mobile internet and designs the platform on multi-screen content display and interaction based on Android set-top box and smartphone. It can make information transfer through screens. On the outdoor screen, by adding the interactive elements such as danmaku and bubbles, it can increase outdoor media's propagation effect combined with electronic screen's concentrate coverage and shock visual effect. On the other hand, consumers can use smartphone to interact with the advertising which can increase user engagement and advertising arrival rate. And advertises can use smartphone to release advertising which makes advertising more convenient.The thesis summarizes the business process of the platform at first and analyses the business function and performance requirement. Next, the technical proposal, data structure and main class are explained in detail to describe the design and implementation of the app on set-top box, the app on smartphone and common module. Finally, the thesis tests the platform'business processes and stability, and optimizes the animation display component and list component in performance. Overall, the app on set-top box and the app on smartphone has realized the key business of the platform, the common modules has improved the develop efficiency and the prioritization schemes has improved the components' performance.
