Bus mobile television media is the pioneer of outdoor media and transport digital media。Singapore first broadcast television in1999 from the trial in the buses, it has been 10 years since the rapid development of mobile television industry。More and more people award of the immportance of the market which is maturing. The market in China's has from the General strength, channel competition to the content of the progressive development of competition, the development of increasingly sophisticated models.The article mean to start from the development process of the bus television to analysis the elements of the process , focusing on analysis of the spreaders, the content, audience and the environment, thus to get the advantages and disadvantages of this new media to give a better development guidance and practical value of the proposal.Because of public transportation Mobile TV media throughout the world have not yet been fully universal, and mainly exsit in parts big cities of our country ,there are many imperfections, more relevant studies have focused on the development of the current situation and explore market prospects up, few from the audience perspective and constructive comments on content development . This article would like to try to do something useful in this regard.
