The traditional electromagnetic spectrum monitoring system in China is just to meet the special needs in certain field and it does not consider the high network concurrency too much.It always adopts the network model with sensors,central server and terminal devices and all the services must be transferred via the central server.As a result,it will increase the load of the central server and cannot satisfy the current demands including high speed,high efficiency and scalable.On the other hand,it also brings bad user experience due to the PC terminal device with huge volume and weight.With the rapid growth of mobile Internet scale and the increasing demands in the spectrum monitoring field,this paper designs and implements the smart spectrum monitoring system based on the mobile Internet platform which adopts the mobile wireless communication way to obtain information and services with mobile terminal as the carrier.With the quick perception and processing problems in the traditional spectrum monitoring network,this paper constructs a spectrum monitoring and management network model based on the integration of network and stations;With the monitoring,analysis and handling problems for huge amounts of information data in multiple domain in the traditional spectrum monitoring network,this paper designs a kind of data processing and interaction method.With the requirement,functions and operation model of the traditional spectrum monitoring network,this paper implements two kinds of applications which include the suspicious signal monitoring and electromagnetic radiation detection based on Android platform.According to the function testing,the new smart spectrum monitoring system can implement the suspicious signal monitoring,electromagnetic radiation detection and other services;According to the performance testing,the new smart spectrum monitoring system can reduce the load of the central server,decrease the response time for every regional users and slow down the increasing rate of response time with the same increasing rate of the network scale to enhance user experience compared with the traditional one.
