Study And Application For The Cache Management Of Client In Mobile Database

Because of the emergency of mobile computing, users can access the information they need, anytime, anywhere. However, The characteristic of the mobile computing has caused some new questions. Accordingly, the technique for distributed database can't be used in mobile comuting completely. The studies of the mobile database provide some resolvents to the questions.The mobile database is that the distributed datase technology can be applied in the Distributed computing. Nowaday, the mobile database has become the new research direction of Distributed Database technology and involved in numerous fields, for example, Datase, Distribued computing and Mobile communication.But as the difference character between the mobile environment and the traditional distributed environment, the technique for distributed database can't be used in mobile database completely.Due to the low bandwith and low reliability of wireless channels, it is important for a mobile client to cache its frequently accessed database items into local storage. On the background of mobile environment of Physical Distribution industry, the thesis analyses the key questions which appeared during the software be programmed in the mobile computing and proposes the cache management and coherence stratrgy.Firstly, the thesis illustrates the assortment of the cache dataes in the mobile client and elaborates the initialization of the cache dataes. Secondly, it provides a strategy to manage the cache dataes of mobile client .The strategy is that each data in the mobile client has attribute of data priority and timestamp. There are three states of cache in mobile client, namely, connectiong, disconnection and integration. Finnaly, it provides a method to dispose the log of Sqlite.The mothod is that three catalog frameworks to log the writing operation of Sqlite.In the thesis, it illustrates some studies about replacement strategy and then proposes a kind of replacement strategy, which is based on cache data priority and timestamp.In the thesis, it simply introduces some techniques to resolve coherence question...
