Robot technology has become a hotspot in the development of world science and technology in the 21st century. The rapid progress of science and technology such as machinery, electronics, computer, automatic control, sensor, network and communication provides a very strong theoretical and technical support for the development of the robot. At present, the robot has broken through the industry application domain, its application scope expands day by day, and the intellectualization degree is higher and higher, the industrial robot, the service robot and the special-purpose robot are stepping up the footsteps into the human society aspects.Robot technology has entered the development of the fast lane, the progress of human society and the production and lifestyle changes have a profound impact. But the service robot market acceptance is not too high, on the one hand because most of the current market service robot imports from abroad,expensive, difficult to maintain. On the other hand, the current security patrol robot function does not fully consider the specificity of its application scenarios, resulting in poor versatility, most people feel dispensable, human-computer interaction is not natural unfriendly, and appearance The user is also less attractive.Aiming at the problems existing in the service robot user experience,this paper has deeply researched the interaction mode of the security patrol robot. At the same time, it discusses HRI theory, which includes HRI design principle, interactive design process and mainstream design evaluation methods and techniques. The main contents of this paper are as follows: First, the research results of security patrol robots are summarized.At the same time, the interaction design framework of the security patrol robot is proposed, from the analysis of the target user's requirement to the task situation design, then to the task flow analysis, then completes the interaction design of the specific function, finally completes the design evaluation. In addition, in the design evaluation, this paper attempts to apply the "Wizard of Oz" research method in communication and natural language fields to the evaluation of robot interaction design. And through the complete interactive design process, the paper designs the framework and design evaluation method of the security patrol robot proposed in the paper.The evaluation results show that the proposed framework is effective,and it can improve the overall user experience of the service robot, and the OZ method has certain application value in the field of HRI. For the security patrol robot and even the security patrol robot, The research of interactive design of service robot has certain reference value and instructive significance.
