Agile development method is a software development method suitable for dealing with uncertain software projects. Compared with the traditional waterfall model of software project, it is more suitable for the Internet Co, because of the project requirements of Internet Co is less clear.It needs frequent releases of iterative version and user's feedback to verify the necessity of demand. This article will take an Internet Co as an example to introduce the product flow based on agile method Scrum adopted by this company.Requirement engineering in agile development is relatively lightweight. This paper will describe requirements engineering in agile development from 5 aspects. Demand requirement acquisition,including collection method,demand recording mode.Demand analysis, including demand priority, solution modeling. Requirement specification, including requirements specification preparation. Requirements validation and verification, including requirements assessment and requirements acceptance. Requirements management, including management of change in Requirements and tracking the state of requirements.This paper takes the typical application of agile development and requirement engineering in Internet Co as the theme. First, it introduces the general method of agile development, requirements engineering, and the reason why Internet Co adopt agile development. Then, it introduces the existing problems in the traditional waterfall model project, Baidu products process and its application in the 2 products project, and the 2 projects were analyzed. Finally, it analyzes the application value of Baidu product process, and puts forward its guiding significance for future projects.
