In response to the rapid development of the internet era, software developmentmodels are constantly improving to provide better software services, and for thelogistics field, along with the rapid development of "fast food" era, the service aboutlogistics is an important factor to keep stable in the market. To grasp every aspectabout services is inseparable from the meticulous control of requirement on intelligentlogistics business. With the development of the logistics project, facing user needschanging anytime, information between the user and the developer must keepsymmetry. However, due to the users lack of knowledge of software development,they usually tend to express their needs unclearly; the developers are not proficient incustomer’s business, it is also difficult for them to understand what customers reallyneed, thus it makes requirements analysis become a difficult task. How to grabsymmetric information quickly, and to establish a systematic and comprehensivedemand model has become a top priority in software development. There are someflaws in the traditional demand modeling. First, access to non-formal demand leads tothat user demands often appear Ambiguity and inconsistency, and it is difficult toensure that the needs of certainty; Second, demand variability, its changes andknock-on effects play a decisive role of the quality of the project as well as thecomplete fulfillment of a contract. Therefore, there is a need to truly grasp the coreelements of agile concept of "people-oriented", then the difficult task of requirementsanalysis will be flexible and responsive.In order to work better on requirement analysis in logistics field,it starts to dosome research on requirement engineering in this thesis. After the introduction of thetraditional requirements analysis method, and then it introduces the current researchfocus at this stage and the concept of agile modeling, and agile modeling is applied tothe activities in each phase of requirements analysis. When applying agile modelingmethod, A research and application about how to choose appropriate modeling toolsand a variety of products at the right time and the right position are conducted.Simultaneously, agile modeling method is applied to requirements managementactivities to ensure demand development activities’ smooth progress. At last it can befound a best way to combine traditional requirements analysis and agile methods forlearning and exploring "Agile journey”. Finally, the thesis applys the gain from "Agilejourney” to the practice of requirements analysis about “Siwei” Intelligent Logistics System, It verifies that the requirements analysis based on agile methods can improvethe quality of requirements analysis, to lay a good foundation of theory and practicefor the software product development in the logistics field, and to improve thequantity and quality of software development.Agile method in requirements analysis is briefly lean,which can controlredundant and disorder requirements well, devide agile requirements analysis intodifferent stages reasonably, create an appropriate model, improve the requirementsreuse and efficiency of demand stages, make demands expression Standardized,ensure work about requirements analysis orderly. It makes "people-oriented" play themost. It can create agile requirements analysis model quickly, and manage anychanges independently in order to achieve highly efficient work.
