With the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to their personal health.Medical resources can not meet the social needs because of the aging of population and subhealth.Due to technology of Internet of things and mobile Internet,there is strong technical support for health care.People can collect physiological data and then transmit data to mobile terminal via Bluetooth,ZigBee or other communication technology.Data can be further uploaded to the remote server.Nowadays,there are still a lot of problems in the existing domestic health care system,of which the most urgent is that equipment manufacturers and health service providers use proprietary protocols,and communication between personal health devices and aggregation computation lacks of standards.So it is difficult to achieve interoperability between devices,terminals and services produced by different manufacturers and transfer the physiological data effectively from personal health equipment to the remote support server.The standardization of communication protocol about health not only reduces the cost of production and expands the scope of market,but also enables the user to obtain a more diversified health care service at lower cost.Internationally,representatives from the international enterprises,institutions and professional associations jointly developed the ISO/IEEE 11073 Health Device Personal series standards.After analyzing the status of health care market and the IEEE 11073 PHD protocol,IEEE11073 is thinked to be the core standard in the health field.We design a health care system based on IEEE11073,which consists of blood pressure meter,Android smart terminal and remote server,using Bluetooth HDP and HTTP for data transmission.The protocol stack of Bluetooth HDP is composed of Bluetooth technology in transport layer and IEEE 11073 in application layer.Software in Android smart terminal receives and displays data from the blood-pressure meter,and provides function of user management,emergency call,data storage and other.Software in server use Tomcat to build a virtual server,and Servlet+JSP to realize function of server.The doctor can view the user record through the browser.After designing the health care system,every functional module has been tested,and the result shows that the IEEE 11073 protocol is feasible in health care system.This provides an important basis for the standardization of health protocols in the future.
