With the rapid development of Internet technology, the number of smart mobile terminals in campus network is increasing day by day. The traditional mobile ad hoc network based on IP network, with the host as the center, always needs the destination address to obtain the content resources, However, when the host's location and the rate of movement change, the communication from peer to peer will be terminated; The program which host as the center needs to frequently build connections.This will increase the overhead of the network, but also make the performance of mobile ad hoc networks are affected. At the same time,the information centric network is a new network architecture,which is based on the content. Although the network can change the status quo, the forwarding mechanism in the system can not be directly used for mobile ad hoc networks. Because of the original components, it is difficult to finish the routing and forwarding of the interest packets and data packets efficiently, so the components of the information centric network system and the routing forwarding strategy need to be improved. The two existing problems to be solved: the mobile node will cause the communication link interruption, and packets can not return; in the actual scene, the problem of node identification, route establishment, content discovery between the content center network node interaction effectiveness is low.The first content of this paper is how to improve the routing and forwarding strategy of the information centric network in mobile ad hoc network. First, we investigated the current situation of node mobility model, and then combined with the campus scene mobile features and characteristics of ad hoc network nodes of data interaction, and we also analyze the impact of the existing information centric network components on routing forwarding in mobile ad hoc networks. And,through it, we combine the characteristics of the campus mobile ad hoc network and information centric network structure and node mobility, and propose a routing forwarding strategy based on time prediction. The strategy calculates the time available for each forwarding route by detecting the state of the nodes in a hop range. This strategy selects the optimal route forwarding nodes, and which can be used to predict the probability of the next period. At last, this paper carries out the simulation experiment. We evaluate the performance of the network from three aspects: response time, cache hit, and network traffic.The second content of this paper is how to realize the application of the information centric network protocol in mobile ad hoc network. In this paper, based on the time prediction routing forwarding strategy, the information centric network test bed, which can be used in the campus mobile ad hoc network, is designed. The test bed improves the existing NDN framework, and increases the function of information centric network routing establishment and maintenance, node identification,content discovery, routing and forwarding. Then, we set up a real test environment for the use of personal mobile computers and other commonly used equipment, and developed applications for file download.Simulation and experimental results show that the time prediction based routing forwarding strategy can effectively improve the content interaction level of the information centric network protocol in the campus mobile ad hoc network. The implementation of the test bed can support the simple application of mobile campus scene.
