In recent years, with the steady progress of "triple play" policy, the SARFT(The State Administration of Radio Film and Television) actively develop and promote broadband and high-definition interactive TV business.But at the same time, this also make the demand for user bandwidth increased rapidly. As a result, there are some problems arising,for example, the existing network can not meet the growing bandwidth requirements. And the CATV Broadband Access Technology is mainly used in DOCSIS technology, but the DOCSIS technology installation is more complex and the Research and Development costs of the DOCSIS technology are relatively high too.Therefore,the SARFT issued a "C-DOCSIS specification". The C-DOCSIS technology is based on inheriting the advantages of traditional DOCSIS technology, simplify the DOCSIS Technology, break through the bottleneck in the development of NGB broadband access. It is the new engine of the SARFT's HFC network bearing the weight of the "triple play" services. In the HFC network, to use the C-CMTS devices and the CM devices together with C-DOCSIS protocol can achieve broadband data transmission that based on the HFC network.This paper aims to study a set of C-DOCSIS network equipment management system. Through the Internet, users can real-timely monitor and operate the equipment that accessing to the HFC network by using the C-DOCSIS network equipment management system. In the specific research design and implementation process, the main research objective is how to do the effective management to the end office equipment C-CMTS of the C-DOCSIS network system.In the specific implementation process, firstly, the author make a analysis of the requirements document of the C-CMTS network management seriously, and then put the equipment management information and its attribute values needed to be realized in order, at the same time, do same modeling for the management information and its attribute values, besides,put forward to a set of practical architecture also, and what's more, abandon the traditional C/S mode and select the today's very popular B/S mode of operation, and then, according to the established object model, design a set of MySQL database management system with good performance. And then,select the SNMP4J of the opening-source framework combining with the Java programming language to achieve the GET operation and SET operation to the C-CMTS device, besides, pick up the YII2.0 framework based on PHP to complete the data interaction between the background and foreground. At last,make a use of the AngularJS framework and the Ionic framework that base on the JavaScript language to finish the the user interface with clear appearance and navigation. After the implementation of each specific link step by step,the performance of C-CMTS management system has been tested many times,and the test results are analyzed in detail.
