QoE Measurement And Evaluation Of Mobile Multimedia Service On Cloud Camera

In recent years,network bandwidth and WiFi coverage increased dramatically,in representative of the OTT business,mobile multimedia service is undergoing great changes.With the concept of user centric,more and more researchers,consumers and service providers begin to realize that QoE is becoming a key factor in business success.However,most multimedia QoE evaluation research still stay on common multimedia services such as VOD,VoIP,IPTV and so on.There is lack of research on QoE evaluation of intelligent application services,which are becoming more and more with the vigorous development of mobile cloud computing.In addition,most of the current QoE research is done in the experimental environment,it can be very difficult to be used in the project.In view of the above,we choose to study the real application scenarios in the QoE evaluation method.The main work can be divided into the following four points:1.By the half a year research,we has a profound understanding on user habits,scene and the user's context2.Using Baidu natural language processing platform,more than 2000 real user feedback data was processed by word clustering,key words extraction and frequency of feedback are obtained3.Based on Baidu Cloud Live System(iermu),the users' real data and CaQoEM multimedia QoE assessment model put forward earlier this year,to build a QoE assessment experimental system in real environment under the cloud camera service.4.By the QoE assessment experimental system,we compared the QoE of three kind of cloud camera in different network environments.Other work like Packet capture analysis with wireshark have be done,which make a great help to the establishment of QoE evaluation system.In this paper,based on the CaQoEM model,we try to make QoE research in real environment,considering the user related factors,to study the multimedia QoE is also the first move,which can provide the first hand information to the engineering application of CaQoEM model.In fact,with the cloud camera as the foundation,we can open up the the door to the QoE evaluation of mobile cloud computing services,which related to a large number of intelligent terminals.So,our research has an important reference value for the QoE evaluation on advanced mobile multimedia.
