With the rapid development of permanent magnet AC servo technology,the use of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is increasing.This requires that the servo system has better robustness and speed tracking performance.The sliding mode variable structure control theory has been extended to the field of electric drive control,because of its fast response,simple design and strong robustness.However,due to the frequent switching control in the operation will lead to chattering phenomenon,which is a serious problem for practical engineering.The reason is that the actuator and the actual controller can not be switched between high frequency,and the system has a steady state error.In this paper,permanent magnet synchronous motor is added in the second-order sliding mode variable structure control,and carries on the thorough research,to overcome the influence of disturbance and parameter changes,enhance the robustness and dynamic performance of the servo system.In this paper,the basic concepts of voltage space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)and the principle of modulation technology are briefly introduced,and the realization of SVPWM algorithm is described in detail.The classical SPWM control mainly focuses on making the output voltage of the converter as close as possible to the sine wave.However,the AC motor needs to input three-phase sinusoidal current,which produces electromagnetic torque.Therefore,the permanent magnet synchronous motor usually adopts SVPWM control technology.This paper selects the id=0 rotor field oriented control method,this control system is simple,the current utilization rate is high,the torque is good,and the speed range is wide.The rotor field oriented control can decouple the two components of the stator current,so that the PMSM can obtain the performance and control mode of the DC motor.On the basis of traditional sliding mode,introduces the basic principle and algorithm of sliding mode control of the second-order,second-order sliding mode algorithm is proposed for permanent magnet synchronous motor,set up a voltage space vector pulse width modulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor of the second-order sliding mode control system and simulation based on Matlab/simulink software.The simulation waveform and data show that the permanent magnet synchronous motor control method for second-order sliding mode algorithm can quickly adjust the load change speed based on disturbance,so as to improve the dynamic performance of servo system of permanent magnet synchronous motor;second-order sliding mode control method to maintain the traditional sliding mode has the advantages of simple structure and strong robustness advantages,will not bring the chattering phenomenon to the system.Therefore,the PMSM Servo System Based on the second-order sliding mode algorithm has good dynamic performance,strong robustness and anti-interference.Finally,the hardware system of DSP chip based on TMS320F28035 is designed.
