Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of small size,high efficiency and good reliability,and it's being applied more broadly in the modern industrial control area.However,PMSM is a system with characteristics of tight coupling and high complexity,a coupling problems are caused by the adverse impacts of the current transformer and the parameter perturbation in system performance.To cure the above problems,a sliding mode control algorithms based on the disturbance observer proposed by this paper,and it is being put into the application of the control system of PMSM to make an achievement of the velocity-tracing control system.TI DSP28035 chip and BW PMSM are taken as the research objects in this paper to make some researches on velocity-tracing control system.The main works of this paper are as follows:1.The background and significance of the velocity-tracing control system of PMSM are introduced in this paper,and the current state of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed research is anlysised in China and abroad;permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model is established in the d-q coordinates;The technical principle of space vector modulation(SVPWM)was declared.2.The application of SMC to PMSM based on the disturbance observer is being studied.Firstly,to make an achievement of quick response ability and high precision tracking of motor speed,Lyapunov stability theory is applied for sliding model controller.Then,DOB feedback controller is added into compensate the load disturbance,which is to make sure the good robustness and ability of anti-disturbance of the system.Finally,a velocity-tracing control system simulation model based on disturbance observer is put up using MATLAB/SIMULINK.The experimental results of the model would be more effective.3.The design for PMSM control system based on DSP.Firstly,making a PMSM velocity-tracing hardware experiment system which the processor of TI DSPTMS320F28035 is employed by the means of MATLAB/SIMULINKD simulations,the design of hardware and software are accomplished on the base of DSP control system.Secondly,the sampling circuits and intelligent power module(IPM)are introduced in detail,and the designs of system software controller is given,main program accomplishment,interrupt program controller,SVPWM algorithm and subprograms.Lastly,the experiment results would show the feasible possibility of thePMSM velocity-tracing system.
