| Since the 21 st century,the rapid development of the computer and network technology has more and more profound impact on human life.Especially the emergence and the rapid development of the workflow technology,makes it more widely used in the production management practice of enterprises.It decomposes the regular activities with a fixed routine in the work into clearly defined task,role,rule,and process to implement and control,in order to improve the production level and work efficiency.At present,the equipment management system of the Xi’an Yingfu education and training institutions has not been finalized.The process such as equipment’s purchasing,renewal,scrapping relies mainly on the manual reporting and approval level by level.On the one hand,it wastes a lot of time,human power and resource,on the other hand,it results in low management efficiency thus the management of the equipment resources cannot meet the actual needs.With the aid of information technology,development of an equipment management system that can meet the demand of phonetic lab will help improve the management skill to foreign languages institute.In conclusion,it will be the key point of this paper to develop a system to meet the actual demand of training organization in the era of rapid development of information technology background.Firstly,this article collected relevant background information,analyzed the domestic and oversea research status about the thesis topics,cleared defined the main content and the structure of the thesis.Secondly,based on the investigation of current situation of Language Lab equipment management of Xi’an Yingfu education and training institutions,together with the disadvantages and limitations of equipment management,it defined the functional requirements of equipment management system.Lastly,based on the analysis of the system functional requirements,I designed and implemented of Language lab equipment management system according to workflow.After analyzing and comparing the advantage and disadvantage of structure between C/S and B/S,the B/S three layer structure mode was chosen.Is use of the ASP.NET as a system development technology,to convert the business needs to the software requirements through the SQL server database following applying the case diagram,class diagram and activity diagram to analysis of the main functions of the system and related business process.The system mainly consist of user information module,management module of equipment using,management module of equipment change,equipment maintenance module and management module of daily accounts,and combine the actual demand and the theories of management of workflow.Besides,it focused the remarks on the basic theory of workflow,listed the study of the workflow reference model,system architecture of workflow and workflow engine.Finally,the system performance and function test were carried out under the preset test environment.The test results show that the system response time,stability and have reached the original design requirements.The Language lab equipment management system makes the equipment management in Xi’an Yingfu education and training institutions more perfect to replace the traditional out-dated management and meet the actual need of training organization.It is vital for the realization of the equipment management information,simplifying the business process,improving the efficiency of equipment management and utilization... |
