With the development of Internet and information technology in recent years,the concept of public health turns from the original passive treatment to active prevention and monitoring model,the traditional single drug information service is no longer applicable to all this patientcentered society.However,the phenomenon of asymmetric information between doctors and patients,patients' lack of knowledge of health and poor compliance of medication are still prevalent in people's daily lives.Based on the above problems,this topic from the perspective of service system design,to explore the current chain of pharmacies information environment,service processes,information management and user experience crux,to improve relations between patients,pharmacies,family members,doctors and other stakeholders,effectively integrate the online and offline available resources of drug information in the journey,and enhance the efficiency and quality of pharmacy services of the whole channel.And from the users' point of view,with the involvement of intelligent information platform to form a good information exchange,to mobilize the enthusiasm of their participation,put forward a new information service system design strategy to optimize the users' experience.The author first studied the desktop literature related to the drug information service system,and combined with the excellent information and service cases at home and abroad to understand and analyze the status quo and problems of the drug information service and the future development direction of the service system.Subsequently,launched a field research on the needs of users.First,through the observation of the users' behavior in the entity pharmacy and the initial interviews,defined the main stages and nodes of the users' journey.Then,detailly studied on the pain points in the journey,through in-depth interviews,user workshops,questionnaires,continued to dig deep for the information content,form,access experience,and interactive way during the patients' purchase,found that there is information asymmetry,lack of service links,lack of online and offline interaction,poor patient compliance and a series of problems.Finally,converted the users' needs point to the design opportunity point by the sort of priority,and found the core service point.Through the re-planning service system and process contact points,experience blueprint,scene construction and other methods,output the final design strategy to ensure the fluency of process of information access,use,and feedback,to achieve the beauty of drug information service experience.This article outputs the design strategy: to build an effective drug information service system,optimize the drug information platform to increase the effectiveness,relevance and access experience,improve the information content module and pay attention to the details of the pharmacy information services;rich visual perception experience,highlight the key information,enhance the users' information recognition efficiency,through visualization to increase the users' understanding of medical information and have a guiding effect on their medication behavior;to increase online and offline information interaction,to provide the overall support experience,while maintaining consistency strengthening the brand building.Through the integrated design strategies of intervening services,experience,interaction and vision,multi-dimensionally improve the value of the service experience,to bring new vitality to the traditional pharmaceutical services industry.
