In recent years, the prevalence of autism has risen steadily, according to the 2014 American Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported that the incidence of the United States has increased from 1:5,000 to 1:68 since 1975. Our country has not yet carried out a nationwide epidemiological survey of autism, but the incidence rate is similar to the rest of the world, about one percent, with this projection, our autistic individuals may exceed 10 million. For autism, there is still no the drug for cure, and if the patient is not trained in a timely directional intervention, it is likely to cause permanent disability. In order to allow as many autistic children to receive timely educational interventions, more and more people are starting to train autistic children through network technology, and in the course of intervention, the evaluation of autistic children is an indispensable link. Because of the large number of network intervention, the characteristics of space dispersion, the traditional scale evaluation, observation and analysis, and investigation and evaluation methods, the professional level and experience of the evaluation personnel has a higher dependence,it is difficult to promote and use in such occasions. In addition, some special children's parents due to outside pressure, are unwilling to take children to the relevant institutions to find a doctor or expert evaluation, but often can accept their own through the network test screening. So, the Web-based online evaluation of autistic children is necessary, but most autistic children's web evaluation system, only the traditional questionnaire to achieve networking, relying on the evaluation of the relevant third party description, the lack of children's interactive participation, which do not objectively and comprehensively reflect the level of children's ability. Moreover, most web-based online assessment systems for autistic children lack services to provide personalized needs for evaluation results. For the above reasons, this study designs and develops a web-based evaluation and service system for autistic children by analyzing the traditional methods of evaluating autistic children and the prevalence of autistic children, using cognitive psychology and the Theory of special child development. The system realizes the method of combining the interactive game with the questionnaire, and provides personalized service based on the evaluation result, which is to push the corresponding learning resources according to the individual needs. At the same time, in order to facilitate the information exchange of parents, the system combines the entity education, builds an interactive platform, and provides a variety of interactive ways. This features of article:(1) Functional design:?This system can solve the remote evaluation by on-line questionnaire and interactive game of the evaluation method, and it is not only relying solely on parents to provide information, children can also participate in the interaction, the results of the evaluation more objective; ?The system provides personalized resources, and combined with the entity education to build an interactive platform, providing a variety of interactive ways;?Collecting extensive data on autistic children can facilitate unified management and provide an objective basis for the development of special education policy.(2) Technology implementation: The system adopts the domestic popular ThinkPHP3.2 architecture, and the MVC pattern throughout the development process. The front-end uses a Twitter-launched open-source toolkit-Bootstrap to be consistent with a preview of different users in the mainstream browsers, and use the Free CDN Acceleration services provided by Bootstrap. On the request way,the use of PJAX,not only enhance the user experience, but also greatly reduce bandwidth consumption and server consumption.
