Nowadays,every country is developing their own economic,political,military,cultural and other aspects,paying more attention to other countries and regions between the exchange in the same time,They send their ideas,culture,values,etc.to the other country and area,to enhance their international status,master the right to deal with international affairs,in order to achieve and safeguard national interests.ipanda used less than three years to received a lot of attention,love and praise around the world,show a real China to the world,and promoted China's foreign exchange.Based on theory of communication and other related disciplines,the course of research on the object of ipanda use the methods such as literature analysis,content analysis,comparative study and case analysis.Statistics found that the ipanda occupies an exclusive resource,rich in content without losing its characteristics,rely on CCTV,use new media to connect the world,and use social functions to letting more users participate to enhance interactivity,also provide users a quality products and services.ipanda communication activities can enhance the Chinese soft power of culture,shape and improve the nation image of China and promote the spread of Chinese cultural diplomacy effect to a certain extent.In-depth analysis of the results show that the ipanda there are three aspects: First,the content and form are limited;Second,the construction of their own brand still need to strengthen;Third,fewer types of cultural derivatives,and related industries are not linked,Able to fully realize the economic industry.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to apply the new media technology,provide high quality service,expand new series of brands,develop cultural derivatives and link with related industries so as to promote the future development of ipanda and carry out the development of Chinese media rovide reference.
