As a New Information Service Mode, Personalized Information Service Allows Users to Easily Access Information for Their Own Personalized Needs, in The Era of Information Explosion Presents a Leap Type Development Trend. As One of The Seven Strategic Emerging Industries, the New Energy Automotive Industry, Because of Its"Strategic" and "Emerging", the Higher the Degree of Information Personalization Requirements. Through to the Domestic and Foreign Literature Review Found that for Personalized Information Service Research Mostly Focuses on Individual Needs, Key Technology, System Model, the Recommended Path and so on, and the Research on the New Energy Automotive Industry Is Mainly Focused on the Development Strategy,Technology, Products, Subsidies and Other Aspects, so this Study From the Sustained Custom Behavior User Behavior Point of View to Study the Personalized Information Service, Mainly from the Perspective of Enterprise Users Continuously Customized Personalized Information Service Model for Empirical Behavior.This Study First for Personalized Information Service and Continued Doing Custom Related, then the Technology Acceptance Model and Look Forward to the Recognition Basis of Relevant Theoretical Analysis Model of Continuous Use Model and Information System, Select the Influencing Factors of Enterprise Users Constantly Personalized Information Service Customization, Combined with Industry Characteristics and Enterprise's own Level of New Energy Automotive Information Service, Introducing Individual Expectations as One of the Factors. Through the Design, Distribution,Recycling Questionnaire, Data Recovery after the Use of Smart PLS Software for Structural Equation Analysis, the Model and Model Assumptions were Verified, the Empirical Study Found that: Personal Expectations and Information Quality has a Significant Positive Effect on Perceived Usefulness for Enterprise Users Personalized Information Service Customization, Perceived Service Quality of Continuous Custom Ease of Use Have a Significant Positive Impact, and Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Social Influence Has a Positive Effect on the Enterprise Customization Personalized Information Service. The Final Analysis Results, We Put Forward Some Suggestions for the Improvement of Information Services: Personalized Expectations of the Depth of Mining Enterprise Users, Information on the Quality of Information Service,and Constantly Improve the Level of Service, Strengthen Cooperation with Industry Organizations.
