Internet of Things is an important stage of the information age,also is an important part of the information technology.At present,the networking is a main direction in the measurement and control field,and also is the core part of the Internet of Things technology.The networked measurement and control system base on the instrument,computer and communication.The Internet of Things technology have been widely used in many areas.In this article it was introduced into the warehouse forklift field to solve the problem of state remote monitoring.This paper applied embedded technology,network communication technology,server technology in the system of forklift's remote monitoring.Based on the Internet of Things,we designed the framework of the electric forklift's network monitoring platform: The MSP430 control unit was used to extend the CAN communication unit and drive CC3100 chip to realize the coupling with the forklift's electric control;The server used the LAMP architecture and the Larvel's web server software framework,it's software was designed in the framework;We designed the user client base on the C/S mode,and designed the Web client.At last,we tested and analyzed the platform of forklift's network monitoring.Through the experiment and test,we realized the monitoring and communication between platform and equipment.Achieved the interaction between client and platform.The platform's feasibility and functionality was validated,it can be used as a platform of electric forklift's remote monitoring.That provided a valuable case for forklift's remote monitoring.
