The Design And Implementation Of Equipment Maintenance Management System Based On Activiti Workflow

With the development of computer technology,more and more equipment in universities need to be kept in good condition.But nowadays equipment management in universities is chaotic.Resources are unevenly distributed and idleness rate is very high.Using equipment management system to manage equipment can improve the management level and simplify the process of equipment repairmen application.Hence establishing an effective equipment management system for university is necessary.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the problems existing in the equipment management in universities and the significance of developing such system,briefly introduces the equipment management system research status at home and abroad.Further studies Activiti workflow application in the system.(2)Based on the actual situation of equipment management,this paper conducts the requirements analysis and the system design of the equipment maintenance management system.(3)The system is developed under the structure of SSH.The permission control is achieved using Shiro.Equipment related application and approval process is implemented with Activiti workflow.Equipment condition monitoring is realized by NIO technology.(4)Aiming at the problems of Activiti workflow and the lack of function,the Activiti is extended in the system.It adds the function of view current flowchart and Activiti process designer and simplifies the processing of the Activiti arbitrary node jumps.(5)The equipment maintenance management syste m implements the functions of user management,authority control,equipment inventory,equipment procurement,the use of equipment,equipment scrap,equipment maintenance and repair,equipment status monitoring and statistical analysis and others to meet the university equipment management basic needs.(6)The last part is the summary of the whole paper,it points out the shortcomings of the paper and puts forword the direction of the next step.
