In recent years, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification RFID) technology is becoming more and more widely, and in RFID technology should be in urgent need to solve the problem. Among these problems, the conflict between reading and writing very few people to study, and the conflict between reading and writing of the whole system is bad, it influence the system stability, affect work efficiency. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of conflict between reading and writing, with the modified cuckoo algorithm is proposed for the RFID system optimization method.In the process of solve the problem of read/write device conflicts, analyses the network structure of reading and writing principle, adopt the method of graph theory to build the reading and writing implement mathematical model of conflict prevention, the mathematical model is a function expression contains multiple variables. So, what is the problem to be solved into a mathematical model of optimization problems. And solve the function optimization problem can take advantage of the swarm intelligence algorithm, such as ant colony algorithm, genetic algorithm, cuckoo, etc. This article chose the cuckoo algorithm.After the analysis of the basic algorithm of the cuckoo, and draw lessons from other improvement method of swarm intelligence algorithm, this paper proposes a improved algorithm of basic algorithm of the cuckoo, cuckoo symbiosis algorithm called groups. The algorithm USES the principle of multiple species are more likely to survive in the nature, the basic algorithm of the cuckoo's initial population is divided into several sub populations,improved algorithm in the process of operation, information by passing each other between each population advantage, make all kinds of group of excellent individual information sharing advantage, more conducive to find the optimal solution of function.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has good performance on the test function. Has a fast convergence rate, high precision, the characteristics of the running time are short. So, the algorithm about anti-collision RFID system to read and write model better optimization results can get ideal experimental data. The algorithm for other optimization problems in engineering application has certain reference significance.
