The market competition of automobile industry is increasingly fierce,in order to improve oneself in the market competition,the enterprise not only needs to continuously introduce the competitive products,but also needs to optimize the production management mode,thus enhances the production efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a system to improve the information management capability of production,to strengthen the control of the production process,and to improve the quality and efficiency of the production.This paper expounds the present situation of the information management system at home and abroad,analyzes the shortcomings in the production process of stamping factories,such as lack of unified production information platform,slow response speed of abnormal scene and low level of information visualization,these problems restrict the improvement of production and management efficiency.To solve the above problems,this paper designs a production information management system which integrates production process management,equipment management,on-site visualization management and production KPI management.The system adopts industrial ethernet technology,solves the problem of seamless integration between the client,PLC,LED screen and the server,and completes the real-time monitoring of the production process and the operation state of the equipment and the real-time collection of production information;Aiming at the demand of abnormal production rapid response and equipment information gathering,the PLC is used to collect the button signal and equipment information,and the PLC data acquisition and data processing software based on OPC protocol is developed,it realize Multi PLC parallel communication.Aiming at the problem that the equipment information and the production data are large,the index mechanism of database is established by combining the clustering index and the non-clustered index,so as to realize the data efficient query and ensure the real-time performance of the system.,while using ado.net technology to reduce database access time,reduce the database load;Aiming at the current situation that targeted production performance appraisal indicators and equipment status assessment indicators are absent,the production information and equipment information collected in real time are analyzed and the corresponding indicators are extracted.These provide data support for enterprises to implement the quantitative assessment of personnel performance and to formulate scientific and reasonable maintenance plan of equipment.Finally,according to the stamping production process and functional requirements,we develop a set of software based on B/S mode for production information management system,this software has a friendly interface,easy operation,fast running,is welcomed by operators.The main research results: Aiming at the present situation of high discretization of production and low informatization level in domestic stamping factory,this paper develops a special production management system for the first time,which establishes a unified production information platform between managers and production departments,improves the visualization degree of the field,the response speed of the scene and the adaptability and production efficiency of the stamping manufacturing process,it is of great significance to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.At the same time,it also provides the idea for the informationization renovation of other discrete factories.
