Network Design Of Gansu Radio Monitoring Network

As an important carrier of radio services,radio spectrum is an important strategic resource.With the deepening contradiction between the supply and demand of radio spectrum resources and the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment,new requirements for the effective utilization of spectrum resources are put forward,and higher requirements for radio management techniques and methods are also highly expected.Radio monitoring,as an important part of radio management,is an important technical method of radio frequency planning and distribution,approval and management of radio stations,radio interference and electromagnetic environment monitoring,radio management work.The construction of radio monitoring network with wide coverage,advanced technology and complete functions is an important technical support and scientific basis for the rational planning of frequency resources and the maintenance of the order of radio waves.According to the requirement of " The 13 th Five-Year radio management plan of Gansu" of radio monitoring network construction,through the analysis of the location of monitoring stations,direction finding systems,monitoring receivers and monitoring antennas,the dynamic monitoring station network composed by the bus equipped with monitoring equipments is introduced,and in light of the special geographical environments and the construction of radio monitoring equipments of Gansu,the thesis puts forward the scheme of radio monitoring networks based on the needs of the management in our province.Finally,based on the construction of radio monitoring network in Lanzhou as an example,the application of network design is analyzed and the realization of the function of radio monitoring network is verified.Through the construction of radio monitoring network formed by the fixed monitoring stations and small monitoring stations,mobile stations and the dynamic monitoring stations composed by bus and monitoring equipments,not only achieve the integration of all monitoring equipments and greatly improve work efficiency,but also make up for the blind areas of fixed monitoring stations,greatly enhancing the effective coverage area of radio monitoring network.Meanwhile,it also reduces the construction cost.With the development of economy and society,the radio monitoring network in our province needs to be further optimized and upgraded so as to realize precise monitoring of key areas,such as civil aviation and railway.According to the construction of the radio monitoring network and the frequency spectrum monitoring,the monitoring equipment carried by the buses also need to be updated and upgraded continuously.
