ObjectiveThe clinical guideline with static text form is modeled to form a computer understandable form according to the appropriate guideline expression model.Combining ontology theory and knowledge base technology,the text form clinical guideline is transformed into a convenient knowledge base,which helps to improve the use of clinical guidelines efficiency,reducing the clinical errors in the diagnosis and treatment.Based on this,it can also be used as an important module of clinical decision support system of hypertension,reducing the difficulty of design and construction.Contents1.Comparison and Analysis of Relevant Theories of Medical Knowledge Base ConstructionThrough the analysis of the relevant technical summary of the medical knowledge base,it can be found that the model and technology suitable for the design and construction of the medical knowledge base of hypertension.Such as the language and tools of ontology construction,the expression model of clinical guidelines and the clinical knowledge,visual process mode,ontology inference machine,etc..Analyze their respective advantages and disadvantages and application scope,and then determine the language of clinical application for hypertension and model.2.Construction of Hypertension Logical Ontology LibraryIn this paper,the pathology knowledge associated with hypertension is extracted and integrated.The idea of the ontology is combined with the knowledge of the clinical guideline.whether the clinical guideline knowledge is structured or unstructured,the relevant concept of hypertension is extracted to establish the domain description logic ontology,and the ontology library composed of concepts,attributes,examples and related concepts.3.Research on the Design of Hypertension Medical Knowledge Expression Model Combined with the clinician workflow,the clinical guidelines for hypertension will be broken down into flow charts.Such as hypertension screening,assessment and assessment,risk stratification,drug and non-drug treatment,follow-up management.Establishment of medical knowledge expression model is based on flow charted clinical guidelines for hypertension.4.Study on the integration of hypertension rule base Using the reasoning engine,the medical knowledge expression model is transformed into a series of rules which meet the requirements of computer reasoning,and the rule base is constructed to complete the construction of the medical knowledge base of hypertension,such as the rules of hypertension diagnosis,medication rules.Methods1.Through the literature and website research,comb the ontology,clinical guideline knowledge expression model and other related theories and domestic and international experience and practice,sum up the clinical guidelines for the construction of hypertension guidelines for the construction process2.In this study,the clinical guidance ontology was constructed using the ontology development tool Protege 4.3,and the knowledge was expressed by reference to the SAGE model,and the rules in the guide were presented in a flow chart.Implementing ontology construction,knowledge representation and ontology reasoning process in Protege.Results1.Based on the idea of seven-step method,we improve the international disease ontology model and refer to the structure of MeSH and CMeSH thematic vocabularies.2.In contrast to the traditional clinical guideline knowledge expression model,the SAGE model was used to construct the knowledge expression model of hypertension clinical guideline,which improved the flexibility and scientificity of the clinical guideline knowledge expression.3.The diagnostic method in the Hypertension Clinical Guide was constructed using SWRL,a semantic web rule language,to construct a high-pressure SWRL diagnostic rule base,which provided the basis for the reasoning of the clinical guidance ontology of hypertension.4.Using Jess as an inference engine,combine with the clinical guidance ontology and SWRL diagnostic rule base to achieve the diagnosis of hypertension knowledge base reasoning,and a set of test examples to verify the accuracy and scientific diagnostic reasoning.SummaryIn this paper,for the clinical guidelines in clinical application of some of the obstacles,a new clinical guideline is proposed to digitally solve the bottleneck in the development of clinical guidelines.Hypertension is a common disease threatening human health.Combining high blood pressure clinical and ontological studies to build a Hypertension Clinical Guideline Knowledge Base can not only improve the utilization of guidelines in clinical practice,but also can be used directly by clinical decision support systems.At the same time,the construction of the Hypertension Clinical Guide Knowledge Base is also applicable to the construction of other disease clinical guidelines knowledge base,and provides a general construction method for building a knowledge base for clinical guidelines.
