Research On Integrated Platform Of Power Grid Comprehensive Monitoring System

State Grid Corporation is building a strong and smart grid,vigorously promoting the "three sets of five" system.The system of large operation and large maintenance focus on strengthening business integration,promoting integrated management on equipment inspection,maintenance and operation to increase efficiency of equipment maintenance.With the development of substation monitoring system,the comprehensive coverage of the wide area broadband network and the dispatching data network provides great support for remote monitoring applications for substations.The existing video surveillance equipment for the auxiliary means,simply considers the monitoring of the perimeter environment of the substation,less for the equipment area.Since the manufacturers,the design standards,the functionality and compatibility are different in the field of video surveillance equipment,the system can not link to each other and the resources are not shared.It can't be achieved in a common video surveillance platform for all the video surveillance system in the entire regional power grid.Since the video surveillance system couldn't associate with substation equipment,it is very complex to operate the system to observe the details of field equipment.So it can't meet the regulation of the field equipment monitoring requirements.In view of the problem of requirements,the integrated platform of power grid comprehensive monitoring system is designed,according to the criterion of video surveillance system issued by State Grid Corporation,combined with the production of Anhui power grid.1.Many new technologies are applied to achieve real-time monitoring of substation equipment,for example the visual logic modeling and scheduling intelligent linkage.2.The environmental monitoring,access control,fire alarm,perimeter security are accessed in the grid integrated monitoring platform.3.The formation of integrated grid monitoring platform achieves the remote auxiliary monitoring of the 500 k V and above substation of Anhui province,in order to meet the needs of large production,large operation and major maintenance.
