Research And Implementation Of Enterprise Level Unstructured Data Management Platform

This paper makes a detailed analysis on the status of that large enterprise unstructured data management,the actual management application usually in large enterprises,the mass of unstructured data occupies different storage space,exist in the business of multiple business lines.These data into the system,the need for independent maintenance,a serious increase in maintenance costs,resulting in the maintenance of the cost of duplication of investment,increase the burden on enterprises.In addition,because the data of each business s ystem is independent of each other,some data are stored in duplicate,which is a waste of system resources.To this phenomenon,this paper puts forward the establishment of enterprise level unstructured data management platform,the enterprise unstructure d data reasonable management,to achieve a unified storage,unified data retrieval channels,etc..Improve the efficiency of data retrieval and sharing,so that the possibility of enterprise data to play its greater value.In this paper,uses J2EE and XML technology to build a platform,provide a unified data interface for the existing systems,to avoid the information island,so as to facilitate the integration of information with other systems.In order to work in the future and other business applications,to support unstructured data management business needs,in architecture,J2 EE uses the mainstream and open the B/S and C/S mixed mode multi-layer system.This paper uses the SOA platform to design scalable architecture,realize the seamless connection of other business systems with the enterprise,such as collaborative office application system,engineering system,marketing system,eliminate information silos within the enterprise,to ensure the synchronous development of whole enterprise informatization construction.The design idea and scheme proposed in this paper can solve the management problems of unstructured data of large enterprises,so that enterprises in the use of unstructured data is more scientific and reasonable,and provide better decision support for the managers of the company.
