The amount of wealth,the decision of a country is strong and powerful,however,the number of wealth often comes from a country's contribution to the enterprise value.In the past about the personnel management efficiency is not high,for the long-term development of enterprises,is not good,want to make the enterprise full of vigor and vitality,should strengthen the care of talents,talents should be scientific and rational allocation.Today,China's enterprise management efficiency is relatively low,there are some loopholes,according to the effective use of modern strategies to control the effectiveness of the enterprise is very critical.The main point of this paper is to rely on the current level of computer development of the whole enterprise to implement the human management to get a high level,effectively enhanced,and thus contribute to China's socialism.The goal of this paper is to give the human resource management and control system which has strong security effect in the local area network and the operation is more sensitive.With the help of VisualBasic6.0 and Access2000 development method of this design,the use of SQL to achieve the preservation of the overall data management and disposal during the MIS technology and the use of assembly control system makes the whole more efficient and orderly,thus obtained excellent practical effect of human control system.This design can help enterprises to implement work management,assessment,incentive and control structure arrangement,management efficiency and makes the whole enterprise stronger,with higher quality management.
