Flood disaster is a kind of natural disaster which is harmful to human beings.Since twentieth Century,the natural variation system to global warming as the main and modern human economic and social activities in the city,the natural disaster system is greatly affected the formation of flood disaster.Despite the great development of science and technology,the construction of flood control system is becoming more and more perfect.In 1991 5,June,a total of 18 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government China serious floods,floods in 5 provinces,autonomous regions,and the disaster loss is greatest from flooding Anhui and Jiangsu two provinces in May 1998;by September,the Yangtze River and the Songhua River basin China occurrence of floods,flood the water level approaching and exceeding the highest level in history.22 million houses were destroyed,industrial and agricultural infrastructure destroyed,causing $30 billion in economic losses,the insurance loss of $10 billion,the death of 3656 people,becoming the 1998 year natural disaster economic loss for the first time;and in 2016 after the flood,the southern region of China have different degree suffered flooding attacks,many houses of farmland were flooded and personnel casualties,losses,Anhui is also one of the worst hit areas.In the face of the flood,Anhui daily as a social responsibility,the role of public opinion,the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China,the three floods were reported on a large scale.So,How are these three floods reported by Anhui Daily?What flood scenes in Anhui have been respectively presented?What changes have taken place in these three flood reports?Is there any room for improvement?With these questions,the author makes a comparison analysis by taking these three floods reported by Anhui Daily as examples.In this paper,a brief review of the current academic research status,leading to the use of the content analysis,comparative research methods.Secondly,the author holds that the media should shoulder the important social responsibility in the flood report,and should try to transmit the real information and maintain the social stability.On this basis,the author selected three samples of this paper:1991,1998,2016 reported three years of the "Anhui daily" flood were analyzed statistical data and typical cases,that there are some common places of the three flood reports,also produced many changes.In the end,the author puts forward some suggestions from three aspects:the balance of disaster reporting and disaster relief,the courage to disclose negative information,and strengthen the reflection of the report.
