As the informational industry is developing continuously,more and more systems have on-line application.Information systems are also facing increased risks,which ask for more and more strict requirements of the safety of the system data and application services,especially the Emergency service and dispatch system,system which used for public security to provide public security services for the whole society,it requires 7 × 24 hours uninterrupted service.Therefore,the traditional system construction method can't meet the public's need providing government departments with information services,through the data and application Emergency service and dispatch system,system can continue to strengthen the construction of information system robustness,to achieve uninterrupted,highly reliable service needs.Emergency service and dispatch system as a public security organs for the community,the masses of the window system,if has sudden interruption,the consequences will be disastrous.It is essential to build a highly available disaster recovery subsystem for the emergency service and dispatch system,which can effectively withstand risks in emergencies and continue to provide access to the community.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)It introduce the core components of the emergency service and dispatch system;also analyzes and introduces the development status of the disaster recovery system,studies and describes the key technologies of data disaster tolerance and applied disaster tolerance.(2)The requirements of the disaster recovery subsystem in the docking emergency service and dispatch system are analyzed,and the design objectives,design principles and functional requirements of the system are discussed.The overall framework of the disaster tolerated backup subsystem is introduced.On this basis,The overall architecture of the system and the basic system functions;(3)Design and implementation of the communication link of the disaster recovery subsystem in the emergency service and dispatch system is designed and implemented.The data backup module of the disaster recovery subsystem is designedand implemented in detail.The load balancing in the disaster tolerated backup is designed and implemented.Application integration and a key switch module;(4)Describes the system deployment environment;tested the data disaster recovery subsystem,simulated the data backup under various scenarios;tested the application of disaster tolerated backup a key switch function;part of the effect was displayed.This thesis designs and realizes "the disaster recovery subsystem in the emergency service and dispatch system ".The system realizes the disaster recovery function of the emergency service and dispatch system,and enhances the ability of the emergency service and dispatch system to resist all kinds of risks,and helps the system management person to have system's management and maintenance,making the emergency service and dispatch system to provide stability to the external service capacity has been enhanced.
