With the application of Internet of Things technology,digital oilfield develops rapidly in China and gradually towards the intelligent oilfield.As the front-end supporting foundation of digitized and intelligent oilfield,the monitoring system of well site in digital oilfield is a highly complicated SCADA system,which is running in harsh environment,and it puts forward higher requirements for the reliability of the system.There is great significance to study the reliability of oilfield well site monitoring system and propose optimum design of faults.The thesis takes Huanjiang operation area cluster pipeline well site as the object,combining with the production technology and the characteristics of the equipments in the digital oilfield in Huanjiang operation area,puts forward the requirement of well field monitoring and reliability,analyzes the structure and the main fault of the well site monitoring system in the operation area.Analyzing the reliability factors of well site monitoring system,adopting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)to analyze the fault mode of reliable operation of monitoring system.The cause and influence of faults,and the corresponding compensation measures for each fault mode,get 25 kinds of fault mode that affect the well site monitoring system seriously.Fuzzy fault tree analysis is used to establish fault tree for the factors influencing the operation of the monitoring system.Quantitative analysis determines the fault probability occurrence interval of well site monitoring system in 4.3830?10-3 to 4.9594?10-3.In order to determine the important degree of the basic event fuzzy probability,the failure factors of the Well field monitoring system are affected.Finally,aiming at the optimum design and the reliability improvement suggestion of the monitoring system faults and the equipment hidden troubles,the probability of the fault occurrence of the monitoring system is reduced to improve the reliability of the Well field monitoring system.Through the study of well site monitoring system reliability,the most direct cause of fault occurrence of well field monitoring system is determined,and the fault of the well site monitoring system is decreased and prevented.Based on the analysis results,the system optimization is proposed,which improves the reliability of monitoring system,and provides the scientific basis for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the well site monitoring system.The study also provides the theoretical basis for perfecting and improving the digital oilfield monitoring system,which has the value of reference and popularization.
