The advent of the post-truth era means that people are generally inclined to believe in "feeling" rather than "truth",and lies,rumors,gossips instead of truth are widely circulated.To explore the relationship between "post-truth" and "reversal news",it is not difficult to find that one of the main reasons for the post-truth era is the popularity of reversal news,which not only consumes the credibility of the media,but also makes some audience disturbed by it,and even begin to use subjective conjecture instead of the demand for truth.At the same time,compared with the mainstream media,the arrival of the post-truth era also makes people more willing to believe in part of the network news that similar with their own positions and opinions,and choose to ignore the evidence contrary to their own opinions in the process of the truth reversing game of news.Based on this,the audience's subjective attitude towards reversal news becomes one of the key factors whether they are willing to know the cause of the event and seek the truth.Moreover,the attitude of the audience affects the formation and evolution of network public opinion.This will not only affect the trend of events,but also exert great pressure on the news parties.The evil consequences of network violence,such as the suicide of Deyang female doctor and the "human-powered search" in the Chongqing bus crash,attract people's applause.The power of public opinion is sometimes bloodless,but it hurts people invisibly.How are audiences usually exposed to reverse news?Is there any relationship between the audience's own conditions and their contact or understanding towards reversal news?As far as the influencing factors of audience's attitude towards reversal news are concerned,which of the three micro-influencing factors is more influential:audience's motivation of media use,new media literacy and their position in social structure?Based on the preliminary thinking of the above problems,this paper makes exploratory research by means of social survey,Lediaocha survey platform and a small number of paperboard distribution,in the way of chance sampling in non-probabilistic sampling.Because the deviation of exploratory research is large and the credibility is low,this paper supplemented by other communication research methods such as documentation and in-depth interviews,and analyzed and corrected by using and satisfying theory,cognitive psychology and knowledge gap theory.The research is mainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background,purpose and significance of the topic and related literature review.It defines the core concepts involved in the topic and elaborates the theoretical basis needed for the research.The second chapter is the qualitative research,which takes the audience attitude as the breakthrough point and uses Miles'attitude "ABC" theory to reverse the audience in typical news cases.The third chapter designs the questionnaire outline,compiles the attitude scale and puts forward the research hypothesis with the help of the existing literature and theoretical research;the fourth chapter tests the hypothesis mentioned in the previous chapter based on the quantitative analysis of the data results,and preliminarily tests the test results.Chapter 5:Reflections and prospects,focusing on the most influential "new media literacy" factors in the three groups of hypotheses,and discussing their roles and roles in reversing the attitudes of news audiences;Chapter 6 is a brief review and concentrated presentation of research conclusions and limitations.To some extent,reversal news is a mirror,reflecting the level of public new media literacy.However,it is undeniable that personal motivation and social structural factors also play a role in the audience's perception of reversal news.How to use these three groups of micro-factors to find a breakthrough between the audience's own plasticity and solidification characteristics,and promote their correct understanding of reverse news,will be one of the key issues of follow-up research.
