Design And Implementation Of Procurement Management Information System Of Y Company

With the social development,China's oil industry has developed rapidly,the development of the oil industry is related to the lifeline of the national economy,which has been the focus of national attention.As the third profit source of enterprises,petroleum procurement management plays an indispensable role in the management of petroleum production.Procurement management plays an important role in reducing cost,improving production efficiency and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.Whether a procurement management information system can really work,it must be designed according to the actual business of the enterprise.Therefore,based on the information management technology,it is very necessary to design and develop the procurement management information system for Y company.According to the experience of oil company procurement management,combined with the professional knowledge,the author analyzes and makes a study of procurement management information system for Y company in this study.In this study,the system have been partitioned into four main functions,which are purchase department module,warehouse management module,finance department business module and logistics tracking module.The research on the procurement management information system of Y company mainly involves the java development technology,SQL Server 2005 database development technology.In the demand analysis,the analysis of procurement management information system for Y company is divided to functional requirements analysis and non functional requirements analysis.It also uses UML object oriented analysis method to analyze the business function of procurement management information system for Y company.And then,the author further refined the business case into system use cases and changed the business model into system model by using object oriented analysis tool,such as activity diagrams and sequence diagrams.Besides,the author also analyzed the design of some database tables.System core functions are realized.Finally,the paper come to the summary and prospect.
