The rapid development of information technology promotes the increase and accumulation of data,at the same time,it also promots the development of database technology,and the data mining technology has been penetrated into various fields in the society.Data mining techniques can be used for anomaly detection,data classification prediction,association rule mining,clustering analysis.The association rules mining frequent patterns from large amounts of data and generate strong association rules,to obtain potentially valuable information.Teaching evaluation is an important means of testing teaching quality in Colleges and universities,and it has been popular in various colleges and universities,but the teaching evaluation data has not been fully utilized,and the evaluation of a single way.This paper gives a detailed introduction to the classic Apriori algorithm of data mining and association rules,the description of the algorithm thought,insufficiency of process and algorithm,aiming at the existing defects,based on the ideas and methods of improvement on the previous analysis,and combined with the characteristics of mobile platform teaching evaluation.Put forward in line with the improved Apriori algorithm is applied to mobile platform teaching evaluation.The improved Apriori algorithm only needs to scan the original database for once,store each transaction of the frequent itemsets into a set,and store all the collections in the new database.Therefore,the count of the candidate set,only a subset of the candidate itemsets need storage is transaction set intersection,you can get the support of the number of candidate itemsets,the improved algorithm can reduce the times of scanning the original database and the range of the scanning,so it improves the efficiency of the algorithm.Today,smart phones have become an important part of our daily lives,in order to adapt to the development of the times,the design of a mobile platform based teaching evaluation system has become a demand.On the basis of the investigation of the demand for the teaching evaluation system of college teachers and students,the paper analyzes and designs the teaching evaluation system of the mobile platform.Finally,realizes the evaluation model of the teaching evaluation system,and perfects the evaluation model of the teaching evaluation system.On one hand,teaching evaluation system of the mobile platform meets the teachers' and students' needs,and it provides a great convenience for them,so it can greatly improve the participating rate;in addition with the reference evaluation rate increased,making the data more comprehensive and complete thus,the final evaluation results are more accurate.The research based on the teaching evaluation environment of mobile platform,the teaching evaluation data will be collected from the pretreatment,using the improved Apriori algorithm,to mine the data,through analyzing and summarizing the mining results obtained in the important information behind the data,these important information will become an important basis for improving the quality of teaching in Colleges and universities.
