The Design And Implementation On Network Teaching And Evaluation System Based On WEB

With the development and popularization of network technology,WEB-based network teaching approaches has become an important way and direction of teaching.Network teaching arise from the application of computer and network communication technology in the field of teaching.It gives full play to the advantage of network in teaching,and is a trend in the future development of education.The biggest difference between network teaching and traditional teaching is that most of the time the students were learning by themselves,cannot be monitored by their teachers face to face.That requires us to evaluate the network learning behavior and effect scientifically and reasonably,thus ensuring the quality of teaching across the network.This thesis implemented a network teaching system using B/S architecture.The system mainly involving learning of students,teaching from teachers,management by administrators and other functions,is a network platform with good practicability.Its main work is design and implementation of WEB-based network teaching and evaluation system using WEB technology and data mining algorithms,including functions of teacher online teaching,courseware upload,task assignments,online Q&A,examinations,learning evaluation and the others.It also includes management of students' online learning,homework,taking exams and others,to achieve the management of teachers,students,test questions,test settings information.With this platform,we can make full use of network resources,so that students can learn easily,teachers can teach and manage teaching easily.To improve the efficiency of learning evaluation,the paper proposes the use of data mining technology,collects network learning behavior information online as an evaluation basis.The paper uses the improved Apriori algorithm to automatically evaluate student learning,instead of teachers' manual assessment.First,the paper analyze and evaluate students' learning behavior using the students' records in the network teaching platform,second,this paper studies information collection technology of the evaluation in depth and proposes the use of log mining technology to achieve students' learning behavioral data collection.The learning evaluation data obtained by data mining technology is taken as the basis of feedback.And the students' learning results of the evaluation is got based on the evaluation index system and evaluation criteria.Finally,the Apriori algorithm is used to find out all frequent item sets,and then get valuable association rules to identify factorsthat influence student achievement.By the method of association rules,data mining of course grades is done,and some relative information is got to help teaching and learning so as to improve evaluation efficiency.
