Investigation And Research On The Quality Of Librarians In Anhui Agricultural University

Library plays an important role in society,and the culture of institutions of higher learning is reflected through university library,university library is the literature information center of colleges and universities,and the second classroom for college students,university librarians should have good moral quality,profound scientific and cultural knowledge,skilled computer operating ability to adapt to the development of the times.Under the background of the information age,the excellent librarians with comprehensive quality are the essential talents for the library construction,only the librarians can achieve the comprehensive ability,and the knowledge reserve is full of high quality.therefore,how to improve the comprehensive quality of librarians has become the discussion topic of librarians'quality education,which will be the direction of library education in the future.By consulting a large number of documents,this paper explores the role orientation and responsibility of university librarians in China.based on the " rules for libraries of ordinary universities" promulgated by the Ministry of education in 2015 and the standards for evaluating the quality of foreign librarians,we can understand the new requirements of users and the expectations of libraries in the information age through the form of questionnaire survey.The investigation object is Anhui agricultural university library,through the survey results of the users and librarians,analysis of the role of librarians,to understand the current user needs of the library to respond to the measures and improve the situation.This paper analyzes the roles and responsibilities of university librarians,and analyzes on how to effectively carry out the quality education of university librarians and the contents and paths of university librarians' quality education.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is introduction,which mainly includes the purpose and significance of research,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation points.The second part is an overview of the quality of university librarians,to give the role of university librarians,the quality of university librarians requires the definition of two core concepts,and lead to the quality requirements of librarians in the information age.The third part is the specific research content,that is,the status quo of librarians' quality in Anhui agricultural university library,including specific investigation methods,contents and results.The fourth part compares the quality of librarians of Anhui agricultural university library and the quality of other librarians,taking Anhui library,Hefei normal university library and Queensland university library as examples respectively.The fifth part is the problems and causes of the quality of librarians in Anhui agricultural university library,and there are five problems.The sixth part gives corresponding solutions to the problems in the fourth part,and the corresponding countermeasures.The seventh part is the summary of the full text.
